Outpatient Behavioral Health Services

Heckman Behavioral Health does not currently accept insurance. You can submit your bill for reimbursement through your insurance. We accept all major credit cards and payments can be posted through your patient portal.

  • This is a 60-90 minute session to assess your presenting problems and goals.

  • Sessions can range between 30 minutes to an hour and will focus on learning skills to accomplish your treatment goals.

  • These session are available based upon specific needs. The focus is typically on improving communication and relationships.

  • Dr. Heckman is available for workshops and continuing education. He has trained on a variety clinical topics.

  • Through grant funding and assistance from the Spencer Town Council, services are provided at a discounted rate. Please let Dr. Heckman know if you are a first responder and interested in this program.

  • Dr. Heckman provides services virtually through Perspective Behavioral Health in Nebraska and Iowa. These services are typically covered under insurance. Go to perspectiveomaha.com for more information.
